One of the callings on my life is to raise up leaders.  Leaders in church, leaders in business, leaders in the community.. wherever God places people we need kingdom leaders.  Our Leadership Academy (BLA) is now in its 3rd year.  We are running a theology degree programme and have successfully completed a leadership diploma group.  We have launched our new “Certificate in Leadership Development” and our “Personal Development Programme” as part of the mandate of developing leaders.

The Certificate programme is focussed on raising leadership awareness, giving you the skills to lead, and encouraging you to be the leader that you can be.  Over 2 years we will draw on national and international leaders to equip you with the skills and knowledge to help you in future leadership.  All our students will need to lead something to participate, so whether its a small group or a ministry.

But leadership is a journey about your character.  Your measure of leadership is directly related to the depth of your character.  We want to take you on a journey in your spiritual formation, and a journey to deepen your character, as well as give you some tools and skills.
